Fitzgerald is an American cook born in South Bend, Indiana, home of the Fighting Irish of Notre Dame. His love for cooking started at the early age of 7 while standing next to his uncle "JT" as he prepared a meal for the family. While uncle JT searched the cabinet for seasonings, he instructed Fitzgerald to " turn that meat over '' which he had no clue of what that meant, unfortunately at that moment there was no attempt so uncle JT proceeded to show Fitzgerald what he meant and exactly how to do it, and after engaging in learning to prepare a meal plus tasting the results from that point on he was hooked.

Do you travel?

Yes, and also there's an additional travel fee along with the cost of your service.

Will my order require a deposit?

Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required for those reservations and or perishable items that may or may not be used.

Does the large pans of meat come with sides?

No. Inquire about all special items (Selective Meats and Sides) at the time of purchase and we will be more than glad to provide those for you.
